Elite ADT is currently looking to further extend its Core Team of Instructors, by the opening of a further two full time positions. Personnel will be initially contracted for a period of 12-months (self-employed or employed), working between London and the East of England Region. 19 Jun 19 - Associate LGV Instructor
Elite Advanced Driver Training (Elite ADT) is a market leader regarding the provisions of Non-emergency and Emergency Response Driver Training to the NHS, Private Ambulance Services and Corporate Businesses. Due to its recent success, the company is expanding its current workforce, in order to meet its operational demands and commitments.
We are now actively recruiting for two Associate LGV Instructors (trainees), who are looking for a challenging and diverse role of employment. Full training and certification will be provided to the right candidate.
Once fully trained and experienced in role (estimated 6-months), the successful candidate will progress and be promoted to an LGV Instructor (salary range between £26,500 - £29,500 increment based). Individuals selected will be required to commit to a 12-month contract due to the time, resources and training invested.
Locations of work will be within the East of England, working from our main office in Snetterton, Norfolk. The main training sites will include Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Cambridge, Peterborough and surrounding areas.
Initial salary will be between £17,500 - £19,500 experience based, however, for personnel already qualified (hold more than 12-months experience in role), then full LGV Instructor status would be issued, inclusive of the higher pay band.
Associate LGV Instructor (ALGVI) - Roles and Responsibilities
The ALGVI will be responsible for the provisions of C1 Driver Training within the scope of the educational programme being delivered, provide the required practical training to course delegates and to conduct formative and summative assessments of delegate outcomes and performance.
